A number of problems are considered, which are solved using various forms of recurrent sequences constructed on the basis of circle division polynomials. In particular, spread spectrum signal, code division multiple access, asynchronous data transmission, discrete logarithm, channel quality assessment with adaptive coding, hard and soft noise-resistant decoding, as well as information compression using a neural network autoencoder. All theoretical conclusions are confirmed by practical examples. It is intended for researchers, postgraduates and applicants of specialties 11.04.02 "Infocommunication technologies and communication systems" (by industry), as well as specialists in these industries. It can be useful for the preparation of masters in the direction of "Heterogeneous networks and services".
