The manual is meant for English-speaking students studying at the Faculties of General Medicine at medical universities. Anatomical Terminology, a complex of terms used by both anatomists and health professionals, is made up of the names of various anatomical structures such as parts of the body, cells and tissues, organs and systems. It is aimed at studying the phonetic phenomena and mastering the basic grammatical rules necessary for constructing Latin anatomical terms and enabling an active use of them.
