This manual is meant for foreign students studying the course “Latin language ” at all Medical Faculties in the first academic year. The Glossary of Fundamentals of Latin Medical Terminology consists of three basic parts: Anatomical terminology is based on anatomical nomenclature. Clinical terminology is based on medical terms of Greek and Latin origin.Pharmaceutical terminology is based on the Latin version as well as the standard international nomenclature of drugs and is partially included in the present Latin-English Glossary.
