The tutorial has been prepared according to the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education in the specialty 31.05.01 "General Medicine" (2020), the current working program (2022) for studying the discipline "Neurology, Neurosurgery". The tutorial outlines the basics of general neurology in a brief form: anatomical and physiological features of various parts of the nervous system, the principles of topical diagnostics, as well as the main approaches to examinе patients with neurological disorders. The level of the material presentation meets modern requirements and allows optimizing the organization and management of students' self-guided work. The tutorial contains tests, clinical cases that will help in the studying process. It is intended for students in the main educational program of higher education in the specialty 31.05.01 "General Medicine".
