Educational manual “Bases of legal study” gives notions about state, law, right, legal phenomena, it concerns basic and key moments of origin of institutes of law and state. It reveals knowledge about many branches of law. This manual is intending for medical students, for future medical workers for acquisition professional skills, to have knowledge about legal status of individual and citizen and for broad circle of the readers taken an interest in law study. The aims of this textbook are to train medical students to the knowledge of the basic law by which future professionals will be guided in the legal space.
