The manual has been prepared in accordance with the require-ments of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education 3++ for specialties: 31.05.03 «Dentistry», 31.05.01 «General Medicine», 33.05.01 «Pharmacy». The textbook on the discipline «History of Rus-sia» is included in training program for the 1st course of dental, medical and pharmaceutical faculties. The tutorial includes a course of lectures on the history of Rus-sia, which covers the period from ancient times to the present day. In the text of the lecture, definitions and historical references are given regard-ing the historical science and figures of a particular period. The manual includes questions for practical exercises, and for each of them are given topics of essays, control questions and test tasks.
